Ubiqlu

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 26, 2026

The short version

Ubiqluhelps you schedule and publish content to your social accounts. Use it fairly, own what you post, and I'll keep the service running. If something breaks, let me know.

Your account

You need an account to use Ubiqlu. Keep your login details secure, you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Your content

Everything you create and publish stays yours. By using Ubiqlu you give me permission to store, process, and send that content to the social platforms you connect, only so the service can do its job.

Fair use

Don't use Ubiqlu to:

  • Post spam, illegal content, or anything that harms others.
  • Break the rules of the social platforms you connect (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service or its infrastructure.

I may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you confirm you're allowed to post to it. Ubiqlupublishes on your behalf based on what you schedule. Platforms can change their APIs or rate limits at any time, which may affect publishing, that's outside my control.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Availability

I work hard to keep Ubiqluonline, but I can't promise it will never go down. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. I'm not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including missed posts or lost reach.

Ending things

You can stop using Ubiqluand delete your account at any time. I can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and I'll handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If anything important changes I'll update the date at the top. Continued use means you're okay with the current version.
